What is ANT

ANT stands for AVR Networked Topology. ANT is currently under development and it aims at the realization of a framework for developing microcontroller based applications. Either a single microcontroller or a network of microcontrollers are supported.

ANT main goal is that of providing a powerful framework for developing complex applications while maintaining full control on any aspect of the microcontroller behaviour. Moreover, ANT has the ambition of becoming an educational framework for “really” learning how to work with microcontrollers and not just “playing around” as it is the case with other frameworks.

At present specifications and development are in progress and access to most information is limited to the developing team.
